this is a list on the guilds that have some rule to it.

Warlord: we are neutral/Allied with this guild let's keep it that way
Myth: we are neutral with this guild. though i loath them, i don't want our guild to have anything to do with this guild.
Reborn: Neutal though they have threatend Kos on us for a few times now so beware.
New Era: Neutral
Clergymen: Friendly after our encounter with them we kinda worked together for a while now
L'Ecorce: Kos if you catch them pking
Lesallies: Kos they declare war they gonna get it kill every single one of them
Luna: Allies

Rules: i don't want any of us pking or helping any guild or member inside that guild without my permission.
