Five main Magical builds by Alifer
This is a quick guide about the 5 main stat builds for magical chars (WF, MG, EP), they cover all kind of gaming styles.
I will add info on the Heavy Armor build as i figure out the right stat allocation pattern ^^
- Pure Int Nuker
Allocation: 1Str and 9Int every 2 levels, leave Con and Agi at starting value.
Pros: Highest damage output, highest magical defense, highest mana regen, biggest mp pool, best nuker/healer pve build, best pvp build against magical classes.
Cons: Lowest hp pool, lowest hp regen, lowest phisical defense, worse pvp build against melee classes and EA.
MG: You'll be able to kill mobs in few hits, but you will have to kite them as you can die in few hits aswell. Best party nuker.
EP: You'll be able to kill mobs in few hits, but you will have to kite them as you can die in few hits aswell. Best party healer, beware of aggro tho!
WF: Easiest leveling build to play, send in your pet to tank and unleash hell on the mob, just beware not to get aggro.
Equipment: Best magical weapon for your level and robe.
Stones: HP STONES!!! Tho if you're a nuking fan, you could even add +dmg stones and really become a glass cannon. - Hybrid Recommended build
Allocation: 1Str, 1-3Con and 6-8Int every 2 levels, depending on the balance between hp/damage output you want to reach, leave Agi at starting value.
Pros: Average in everything, average damage output aswell for hp pool.
Cons: Same as pros, you won't lack anything, but you won't be the best one in anything.
MG: You'll find easier to survive when leveling, but your damage output will decrease.
EP: You'll find easier to survive when leveling, but your damage output will decrease.
WF: You'll find easier to survive when leveling, if you take aggro from your pet, but your damage output will decrease.
Equipment: Best magical weapon for your level and robe.
Stones: Still need some Hp stones, some players prefer to go for phisical def stones. - Con Build Tank Build
Allocation: 1Str, 4-5Con and 4-5Int every 2 levels, depending on the balance between hp/damage output you want to reach, leave Agi at starting value.
Pros: Highest survivability in both leveling and pvp, highest hp regen, well suited for pk, biggest hp pool.
Cons: Lowest damage output, you won't be able to equip weapons of your level as you'll lack Int requirement, smallest mp pool, lowest mp regen.
MG: It will be harder to die in any situation, but it will take you much more time to kill mobs. You won't be a good nuker.
EP: It will be harder to die in any situation, but it will take you much more time to kill mobs. You won't be a good healer.
WF: It will be harder to die in any situation, but it will take you much more time to kill mobs.
Equipment: Magical weapons with low int requirements, because of your low Int, robe.
Stones: Go either for Hp stones, or phisical def stones. - Light Armor Build Pvp build
Allocation: 1Str, 1Agi, 3Int every level, leave Con at starting value.
Pros: You'll have a nice phisical and magical defense, and the same nuking ability of a hybrid build, highest crit %, able to equip weapons of your level.
Cons: Average damage output, but lowest hp pool and hp regen.
MG: One of the best builds for pvp, you'll manage good against any class, but you will lack of some hp, leveling will be a bit harder than for traditional robe wearing builds.
EP: One of the best builds for pvp, you'll manage good against any class, but you will lack of some hp, leveling will be a bit harder than for traditional robe wearing builds.
WF: One of the best builds for pvp, you'll manage good against any class, but you will lack of some hp, leveling will be a bit harder than for traditional robe wearing builds.
Equipment: Light armor of your level, and magical weapons of your level.
Stones: You'll need hp stones badly to balance your low Con.
I will add info on the Heavy Armor build as i figure out the right stat allocation pattern ^^
